Ecosystem for Occupational Medicine and Health Management

Nine integrated systems covering the entire occupational health and safety chain: from referring the worker to the examination at the clinic, from the signed report to the invoice. In production for more than 350,000 workers.

Systems on this platform

AeroMeter — occupational health platform Management system for occupational health and safety clinics, from booking the examination through to the invoice. It covers the visit, performing and reporting the examinations, issuing the ASO (the Brazilian occupational health certificate), billing, automatic issuing of invoices with the Brazilian federal tax authority and the issuing of bank payment slips. In production it serves over 350,000 workers and has already recorded more than 743,000 visits and 2.7 million examinations. .iASO — corporate client portal A portal where the client company handles the occupational health of its own workforce: referring workers for examinations, following the schedule, checking ASOs and their expiry dates, and managing its own financial relationship with the clinic. It has already processed more than 150,000 referrals. Panaceia / Laudei — remote reporting and digital signature A platform for remote medical reporting with digital signatures based on ICP-Brasil certificates. It distributes examinations to the qualified professionals, receives the report, signs the document with legal validity and returns the result to the originating system. Lyd / Audiograph — digital audiometry A system for speech therapists to perform and report hearing tests. The professional builds the pure-tone and speech audiogram graphically, the system applies the clinical masking rules and the standard symbols, and the report comes out digitally signed. Higia — commercial management of OHS contracts A system covering the commercial cycle of an occupational health and safety company: from the proposal to the contract and the work order. A modern architecture, with a REST API and a React front end kept separate. Pipa — automation and integrations across the ecosystem The backstage service that holds up the rest of the group's systems: 21 scheduled routines that process medical images, fire notifications, generate documents and centralise the logs of every application. MarieCurie — medical image viewer A viewer for DICOM imaging studies, integrated with the occupational health platform. It lets the physician examine the X-ray straight in the browser, with nothing to install. BayMax — field service app A mobile application that takes occupational health services outside the clinic. It looks up referrals, records the visit, captures documents with the camera, reads QR codes and prints identification labels. Papeleiro — automatic document printing A service that runs at the clinic's reception desk and prints the documents for each visit on its own, as soon as the system releases them. Nobody has to click anything.
